Altium Multi-Layer PCB Design

Job ID: 40545758

Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR

I’m ready to move an existing set of schematics for an industrial-grade board into a fully-routed, production-ready multi-layer PCB in Altium Designer. The logic is verified; what I need now is a skilled Altium specialist who can translate those validated drawings into a clean stack-up, follow best-practice impedance control, and generate all manufacturing outputs without drama.

Scope
• Import my existing Altium schematics and confirm libraries are consistent.
• Define the optimal layer stack (signal, power, ground, and controlled-impedance layers) suitable for harsh industrial environments.
• Place all components with attention to thermal paths, service clearance, and DFM concerns.
• Route high-speed and power nets per IPC guidelines, observing creepage and clearance rules.
• Flag any schematic-level issues you spot so we can resolve them quickly.

Deliverables
1. Altium project file with completed PCB layout.
2. Fabrication package: Gerber X2, drill data, IPC-2581, stack-up drawing, and pick-and-place.
3. Assembly outputs: annotated PDF, BOM in CSV, and 3D STEP model.
4. Design rule report confirming clearance/impedance targets have been met.

Acceptance Criteria
– Board passes Altium DRC with zero errors.
– All deliverables open correctly at my end.
– Any design recommendations or necessary tweaks are clearly documented.

If you’ve shipped multi-layer industrial boards before and can back it up with neat, tidy Altium files, I’d like to get this rolling right away.
