About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced freelance Angel Investor Relations Specialist to connect us with the right angel investors who understand the immense potential of our technology and the mining sector. You'll play a crucial role in securing the funding needed to scale our operations and capitalize on the exciting opportunities ahead.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential angel investors who align with our company's mission and investment stage.
Develop compelling pitch decks and investment materials that showcase our technology, traction, and growth potential.
Proactively reach out to potential investors, build relationships, and schedule meetings.
Confidently present our business model and value proposition to investors.
Manage the due diligence process and negotiate investment terms.
Maintain ongoing communication with investors and provide regular updates on our progress.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successfully securing angel investment for tech startups, preferably in the SaaS or IoT space.
Strong network of angel investor contacts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Fluency in English is a must.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
Understanding of mining operations and automation in the mining sector is highly desirable.
