Price and Terms Negotiation: Negotiate competitive prices and favorable terms with selected suppliers. Include volume discounts, payment terms, delivery schedules, and product customization.

Samples and Quality Testing: Coordinate the receipt of samples, conduct quality tests, and communicate with suppliers to make necessary adjustments before placing larger orders.

Logistics and Shipping: Manage international transportation of products from China to the designated storage or distribution center. Hire a shipping company, prepare necessary documentation, and track shipments.

Customs and Tariffs: Research and provide information on customs requirements, assist in preparing necessary documents for customs clearance.

Storage and Fulfillment: Assist in finding suitable storage facilities, organize internal logistics such as warehousing, packaging, and preparation of shipments to Amazon.

Amazon Registration and Management: Aid in product registration and setting up a seller account on the Amazon platform. Create product listings, manage inventory, set prices, and monitor performance metrics.
