Solving issue with order in ALIBABA (I need someone especialist in ALIBABA)

I had a problem with an order in ALIBABA, and I can't seem to solve it.
I bought an item, and I paid by Bank Transfer to the account indicated by the system based in Luxembourg but the seller does not confirm the transfer. The order still shows as "awaiting payment" when I have already paid.
The seller does not answer my requests by chart.
I have already talked to the support system in ALIBaba but they can't solve the problem.
I need someone who knows the ALIBABA platform and can solve this problem.
If the freelancer can solve the problem I will double the payment (tip).
