Help me find top 3 suppliers in Alibaba

I’m looking for an experienced Alibaba sourcing expert for an incoming cosmetic business brand that can help me find the best Alibaba supplier.

Job would consist in getting quotes from suppliers and making up a list of suppliers prospected, making a rank to find the 3 top ones in a systematic manner.

Details for the project:
• Scan Alibaba for Private Label/OEM suppliers of cosmetics and identify three top providers that have the following characteristics
1. Supply the following products (Single source provider):
 Face Moisturizer
 Sunscreen
 Lip Scrub
 Face Scrub
 Hydrating Lip Mask
 Hydrating Face Mask
 Eye Cream
 Foaming Face wash
 Vitamin C Serum

2. Provide high quality personalized packaged solutions (Examples will be sent)
3. Supplier should be a factory, no middleman or trading company
4. Has excellent communication skills. English and availability to Whatsapp is a must
5. High reputation and sales level within Alibaba
6. Gluten Free, Non GMO, Cruelty Free are a must. Vegan and sustainable recyclable are a nice to have
