Chinese Contemporary Modular Home Procurement

I am seeking an expert for a sourcing project related to modular homes from China. Specifically, the job includes sourcing modern and contemporary style modular homes. A solid understanding of the Chinese market, manufacturers and suppliers is essential. While no specific material preference is stated, you should ideally have a solid understanding of pros and cons regarding various materials such as wood, steel, and fiber cement. Prior experience in sourcing construction materials or homes from China and a strong network would be advantageous. Strong communication skills will be necessary to liaise with manufacturers and manage possible language barriers. The home would have to meet US building codes. Additionally, smart home components (smart plugs, switches, appliances, etc), energy (smart HVaC, solar panels, hybrid electric, tankless water, etc) would be needed, as well as built in transforming furniture/space saving. Also, I would like an ADU and a small shed (preferably a folding storage container office with electrical and insulation). After sourcing is complete, shipping and logistics would be needed. Any experience with developers/contractors/companies you have worked with is a bonus. I need rough pricing for each part (house, ADU, shed) and the time would take to source each part, shipping estimates, etc.

Assume luxury high end for everything, 5 bedroom, 6+ bathrooms, 3500 sq ft minimum, basement plus 2 stories. ADU would be 700-800 sq ft (1.5 stories).

Once I see how your style works, then the project you will be paid on is the actual sourcing of all materials, logistics, coordination with builder, etc.
