trading algorithm

I am looking for a skilled programmer to create a mean-reversion trading algorithm that will be able to trade a variety of assets, including Forex and Commodities. The algorithm must be able to trade within a single day. Previous experience designing algorithms for trading is highly desired. The ability to make the algorithm flexible enough to adjust to quickly changing market conditions is also essential. We are looking for a highly experienced programmer who is knowledgeable and passionate about trading algorithms and understands the importance of creating a robust one for this task.
