I need a Matlab expert in Imaging analysis

Hi, I am an image analyst and I would like some help to teach me/complete a MATLAB-GUI for imaging analysis: spot detection within ROI, single and batch mode. Do you have the expertise to do this? the GUI is ready but it needs the last correction to work properly and maybe improve the overall quality following your suggestions. Please could you please confirm also you have the latest Matlab 2021a version? Thanks
