I need a MatLab coder

Project is to differentiate and categorise the types of brain tumours. I have the data collected from brain tumour samples and some chemical components to be analysed. Need a matlab code that can preprocess the data (correct baseline, normalise data, remove silent region part, remove fluorescence, etc), as well as do modelling and chemical fitting to recognise the different spectra to categorise the type of tumours. Attached file is just an example of the Raman spectra from brain tumour samples.
