I need MATLAB code expert in optimization algorithms

I am currently working on the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) based optimal sizing of grid connected microgrid to minize the total investment costs. I have completed PSO code on MATLAB but I was not able to resolve some of the errors in it. Hence, I need help regarding the code for PSO and MILP optimization both. I will share here the .m files of the code.
