1.2 create, update, and view platform;
1.3 view company list & company detail created on their platform;
1.4 view user list & user detail created on their platform;
1.5 view draft list & draft detail created on their platform;
1.6 search, view, and read topics and briefs;
1.7 receive payouts for drafts and subscriptions to bank account via Stripe;
1.8 view and track payout transactions;

ON A PLATFORM APP, THROUGH OUR API, A USER CAN ...

2.1 open, access, update, recover, whitelist, and exit accounts;
2.2 create and view companies;
2.3 create, view, and pull/buy drafts (initial subscriptions);
2.4 pull/buy subscriptions from users/sellers and pay with cards through Stripe checkout;
2.5 push/sell subscriptions to users/buyers and receive payouts in bank accounts via Stripe;
2.6 view and track subscription portfolios;
2.7 view and track pull, push, and payout transactions;
2.8 use their subscriptions to access a company's app via a dedicated portal

ON OUR APP, ADMIN CAN ...

1.1 open, access, update, recover, and exit accounts;
1.2 create, duplicate, update, and view topics and briefs;
1.3 receive payouts for drafts and subscriptions to bank account via Stripe;

For the tech stacks, the application will use MongoDB as a database, Next.js as a frontend framework, Express.js as the backend framework, and Stipe as the payment gateway.
