federated learning with differntial privacy algorithm simulation in matlab

I am looking for someone with extensive experience with Matlab to build a federated learning different privacy algorithm simulation. The simulation should be programed in Matlab, and should have a user interface that allows users to input parameters and other information. Additionally, the simulation should produce a line graph that visually displays the results. This project is very important, so I would prefer to work with an experienced and reliable freelancer.
