consultant for microscopic image processing

Need a consultant having basic knowledge about Microscopic images who can help me to solve my problem. I have a motorized microscope with the help of motor movement, some images have been captured. So, Problem is that while clicking image, it is blur and I need to clear it with the help of motor movement which was connected with the z-axis function of the microscope.
