C coding with algorithm designs

I am looking for a freelancer who has expertise in C coding and algorithm designs. Specifically, I require the use of C programming and first come first serve methodology with desired results being expressed as data structures. The freelancer should have experience with coding in C, and a good understanding of data structures and algorithms. The project should include the ability to write functions, objects and classes in order to address the required coding tasks.
