i need a machine learning engineer or something of that nature ... for a generative ai project. the main task is to build and train a model that will predict whether or not a link exists on the internet and then extract certain information from the link.

for example, ...

1. if I enter 'hate speech' in a form and hit enter, can we predict links that have the terms i.e. 'hate' or 'speech' or 'hate speech' or 'speech hate' i.e. actnow.com/stop-hate-speech?

2. if yes, can we extract 'hate' from the link?

what will be your approach?

ps ~ no google or anything similar such as api is needed.
