Write pseudo-code from algorithm

I need a pseudo-code from an algorithm existing in a research paper, this pseudo-code should be easy to then implement by a developer (e.g. in Python programming language). You will not need to provide the program - just explain the algorithm thoroughly enough by reading the research paper and its mathematical equations, so we can implement it. It would be extra good if you can have contact via sound messages (like WhatsApp) to send explanations or answer questions about your explanation/pseudo-code if needed.
