Windows Spell Checker Application Development

I need a Spell Checker application for Windows OS. The application will compare words in a SOURCE Word document against a reference WORD LIST (also a Word document).

Requirements:
- Input:
1. SOURCE file (Word document) to spell check
2. WORD LIST (Word document) as reference for correct spelling
- Functionality:
- Check spelling in SOURCE against WORD LIST
- Flag words not in WORD LIST for review
- Provide suggestions for misspelled words
- Output:
- An updated WORD LIST
- A corrected version of the SOURCE

Ideal skills and experience:
