Vehicle routing problem

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me optimize my vehicle routing problem. Our fleet consists of less than 10 vehicles and we require a specific optimization algorithm. We do not have a preference for a specific algorithm. We do have some constraints for vehicle deliveries but they are flexible. The ideal freelancer should have experience in vehicle routing optimization and be able to work with flexible time windows.
