Understanding algorithm for matrix multiplication

I need someone to help me understand one alternative way of doing matrix multiplication. I have a code for matrix multiplication, which is vectorized. But now, I have a document with some explanation on what should be an alternative in order to obtain better and larger vectorization, but I have troubles understanding so I could later write a new code
