Tutor For Algorithm and Data Structures

Hi,
I am looking for a tutor for Data Structures and Algorithm.I am looking for a professional tutor or someone who has vast experience in this subject and can solve trivial problems in this domain comfortably.
The topics are mostly focused on introductory level Algorithm classes in University.The course has very little to no component of practical programming but rather its mostly the theory that I am having trouble with.
Iam having great trouble understanding the algorithms related to GRAPH THEORY, Divide and Conquer, Greedy, Minimum Spanning trees and so on.
The book we use and refer to is CLRS.So we are expected to solve some problems from it.
Mostly I struggle with PROOF-BASED QUESTIONS so a strong mathematical background can enable you to teach me this subject more prudently.
Also mostly I will be revising the material on my own so I need someone who can provide me regular problems to challenge or test me on the material so to reinforce my learning.
You will not be required to teach me the concepts fundamentally but rather to reinforce my understanding of the materials by problem-solving techniques to enhance my learning.
I will give the preference to someone who has taught this subject before and have experience in teaching and providing regular practice sets.
Iam attaching a reference exam that I need to prepare for so that you can get the idea of the level you have to teach me.
