TradingView Custom Trading Indicator Development
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for an experienced developer to create a custom trading indicator, similar to the ones shown in the attached screenshots. The key requirements are as follows:
Indicator Functionality:
The indicator should generate long and short signals with visual markers on the chart.
The indicator must be 100% non-repainting — once a signal is generated, it should remain unchanged.
The indicator should display multiple profit targets (up to a maximum of 5 targets), visible as shown in the provided images.
TP1 must be larger than the Stop Loss (SL). This is critical to ensure that the initial profit target offers a better reward-to-risk ratio.
The indicator should calculate and display multiple target profit levels for each trade, with clear differentiation between them.
Alert System:
The indicator should have an alert system that triggers:
Long alert when the buy signal is generated.
Short alert when the sell signal is generated.
Alerts should be configurable for both pop-ups and notifications to external services.
Target Profit (TP) Functionality:
The indicator must display up to 5 target profit levels for each trade.
95% Take Profit (TP) hit rate: Ensure that the TP target is dynamically calculated and displayed for each signal. TP1 must always be larger than the Stop Loss, with subsequent targets calculated based on the market conditions and strategy.
TP1 should always be larger than the SL to maintain a positive risk-to-reward ratio.
Visual Aesthetic:
The final product must have a professional design with the exact style seen in the attached images.
Markers, lines, and target levels should be clearly visible with color coding, as shown in the provided screenshots.
The Stop Loss (SL), TP1, and other targets should be easily distinguishable in the visual representation.
Platform Compatibility:
The indicator must be compatible with TradingView or a similar charting platform.
The code should be clean, well-documented, and optimized for fast execution.
Milestone and Testing:
7-day testing period: I will release the milestone only after you provide the indicator and I have tested it for at least 7 days.
Please do not ask for payment or release of the milestone before this period.
During this 7-day testing phase, the indicator code should be accessible to me for testing purposes.
Once the testing is complete and I confirm the indicator’s performance meets the requirements, the milestone will be released.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in Pine Script or similar languages used in TradingView and other trading platforms.
Strong understanding of technical analysis and market indicators.
Proven track record in creating non-repainting indicators with alert and target functionality.
Excellent communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Deliverables:
Fully functioning custom indicator with long and short signals, multiple profit targets (up to 5), and alerts.
The ability to visualize and distinguish Stop Loss (SL) and multiple target profits.
Code access for testing during the 7-day period.
Documentation on how to use and configure the indicator.
