Trading view- need to create an condition & set alert on indicator

Hello! I am looking for someone experienced with trading view to create an alert condition that will be triggered when an indicator reaches a certain point. To ensure the alert is effective, I am open to other alert setups. I do not have a specific time limit for the project - I am open to discussion on what is the best timeline to get my alert setup.
