Trading Algorithm / Quant Developers - Crypto Hedge Fund
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
**The budget in this job post is just a placeholder only. After the test, we will contract & pay monthly to start to work for the long term.
[Who We Are]
We are an early-stage startup aiming to be a reputable crypto hedge fund to monetize from algorithmic trading, early-stage DeFi bluechip investment and DeFi aggregators in the blockchain industry.
Our members are composed of startup, blockchain and media group professionals and aim to manage $10M until 2022 then grow double in a year. We’re looking for someone who could make the best profit from trading crypto and grow with us in the crypto world.
[Job Brief & Requirements]
We're mainly finding algorithm developers in the current phase.
1. Algorithm(Quant) Developer (plural seats)
- Initiatively research, offer, build, implement and improve algorithms & strategies for trading crypto.
- Make the most safe & profitable algo to exceed PNL from market competitors.
- Not only Implement algo but operate it him/herself.
- Set goals, plan and manage the works him/herself and share/report the progress actively with the team on number basis(ex: PNL, number of trade, Sharp ratio, drawdown, commission and etc)
- Preferred experience in crypto(ex: exchange implement) but if not, passion is acceptable.
- At least 2-4 years of experiences in industry are required
- Majored relative subject is preferred
- Great ability to solve the problem him/herself
- Excellent in communication skills
- Excellent oral and written skills in English
- Patient, responsible and eager to beat the market
2. Lead Algorithm(Quant) Developer (1 seat)
In addition to requirements of (1)Algorithm Developer, the Lead Developer is required to have abilities below
- Experienced to build & manage the developer team.
- Specialized in Risk Management and Manage Portfolio
- Preferred experience in start-up
[Compensation]
Our goal is sharing the profit with our developer after excluding every fee from outside, like a hedge fund. The sharing ratio will be incentivized according to his/her result(including algorithm's profitability) and this is a future value. We are sure our treatment of you will be higher than the industry average. But since we are in a very early stage, a specific amount of monthly salary will be offered. So, monthly salary and the profit share both will be adjusted at the same time depending on the situations. But if you’re looking for high salaries, it doesn’t fit us.
