TickBlaze application understand and setup

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me understand and set up the TickBlaze application on my Windows operating system. I have prior experience with the TickBlaze application, so I am somewhat familiar with its functionalities. However, I need assistance specifically with backtesting and optimization.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in using the TickBlaze application on Windows
- Strong knowledge and experience in backtesting and optimization techniques
- Understanding of data analysis and visualization
- Familiarity with algorithm development

Looking to drastically lower my learning curve in TickBlaze.

- Stock price between 1 and 10 USD (unadjusted prices)
- If a stock gaps up 10% short it at open.
- Risk is entry price * 1.5
- Update the risk to high of day after 120 minutes
- Exit the position end of day
