Technical Co-Founder Startup Opportunity: Develop Faith Driven Marketplace - Desktop & Apps

We are ChristianMomentum™ ?️, a Faith Driven Marketplace™ and company located in blessed Vancouver, BC. ?️
WHAT:
We are hiring highly-qualified individuals and/or web development company to build our custom eCommerce platform from the ground up. Our team will be at least 4 to 6 developers.
We are a Christian tech company and under US Law we may publish our preference to hire Christian senior developers (Google, Supreme Court: World Vision can hire only Christians).
That being said, we are open to hearing from anyone who is professional, mature and highly qualified and would be open to relocating ultimately to Vancouver, BC should you be offered a position with our development team once we have raised our next seed round.

FAITH DRIVEN PLATFORM:
We are developing both an eCommerce desktop version and apps for iOS & Android. Our business model is similar to Amazon. Our desktop MVP will be about 30 to 40 total pages.
DEVELOPMENT MILESTONES:
We have completed our UX/UI desktop designs which are PSD files that need to be converted to Javascript/CSS. We have vetted all our Utilities that will be used in our co-creator platform.
DEVELOPMENT PLATFORMS:
We work on both Slack and Monday. CTO/dev team will be expected to be familiar with Monday and be able to publish/post all sprint dev assignments to track all dev progress.
LEADERSHIP:
One individual or one company will ultimately be chosen to act as CTO/Project Management under the authority of ChristianMomentum™ ?️ founder & CEO. A confidential and close relationship the CTO will be available at all times to the founder. Parties interested in CTO position must put together a chronological timeline (4 to 5 months maximum) and development roadmap.
SECURITY:
It is our highest priority to protect our IP and safeguard our trade secrets at all times without exception. It is mandatory to share your passport with us via a photocopy which is embedded in a Confidentiality/No-Compete contract. No exceptions.
START DATE:
We will commence development on December 1, 2021. Team meetings will commence Nov 28, 2021 through Nov 30, 2021.
PAYMENT TERMS:
All pay is based on milestones. It's humble. We're bootstrapping. That being said see OPPORTUNITY below.
HOURS & TIMES:
Every teammate will work 40 hours a week Monday through Friday with the exception being when your sprint responsibilities have been executed. Saturday and Sundays are off. Enjoy your life/family/relationships, exercise, live in balance.
TEAM:
Our team will be comprised of minimum of 4 to 6 freelancers and/or web development companies with 4 to 6 employees. We're open to hearing from and interviewing both.
