I would like to create a file.m in Matlab that contains two symmetric matrix for data in an excel sheet.
1. The first Matrix:
In the excel sheet, the data represents the number of passengers need to travel between every two trams stops as shown in the example SC1 and would like to represent this data as a symmetric matrix with diagonal equal zero value and inf value for each two stops with zero value of passengers as in the example SC2.
2. The same process will be repeated to create the 2nd matrix for travel time between every two trams stops. please contact me for more details.
Note the total no. of the trams stops =149
