Sports Talent Assessment Algorithm Development -- 2

I'm looking for an expert who can identify which sport children is likely to excel in, by tests that assess psychological and physical factors such as age, height, gender, body composition, reaction time, speed, lung capacity, body type etc. as well as psychological factors like teamwork, dedication etc.

The ideal freelancer needs to:
- Create comprehensive tests that can be conducted on individuals to determine all the factors necessary for the analysis.
- Analyze the data from the tests to determine the sports that individuals are most suited for. For example: an individual with good reaction time, lung capacity and body balance is likely to be good at shooting.
-Must include all the sports with an up and running Indian federations.
- Develop an algorithm based on the tests that can match kids with suitable sports they are likely to be good at.

The primary goal of the algorithm is to identify sports for competitive excellence. Therefore, the freelancer needs to have:
- Prior experience in sports science or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis and algorithm development.
- Understanding of competitive sports and what factors contribute to success in them.
