Sports Fit Predictor Algorithm Development

I'm seeking a data scientist to build a comprehensive algorithm leveraging predictive analytics to determine optimal sports fits for individuals in India. This project involves constructing a detailed database and applying intricate logic, taking into account a multitude of physical and psychological factors.

The algorithm should consider:
- Physical Factors: Height and weight, Strength and endurance, Flexibility and coordination, hand-eye coordination, lung capacity, reaction time and various other factors
- Psychological Factors: To be determined, but should encompass aspects like team work, motivation, resilience, and stress handling etc

The algorithm should encompass all sports that have an active Indian Federation or Association.

Ideal candidates for this project should possess:
- Proficiency in predictive analytics and algorithm development
- Experience in sports science or related fields
- Strong understanding of physical and psychological factors in sports
- Familiarity with Indian sports federations
- Excellent data management and logical reasoning skills.
