I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with a simulation project that involves machine learning and intrusion detection.

We are seeking support to build a simulation of an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) using Machine Learning. This project involves developing a realistic environment with a diverse dataset to train and evaluate the IDS. We need experts in Machine Learning to build and train models, curate the dataset, create a simulated network environment, and optimize the system's performance. The goal is to enhance network security by accurately detecting and preventing intrusions using advanced Machine Learning techniques.

machine learning models and algorithm : Random Forest.
intrusion detection system (IDS) type : anomaly-based IDS.
Types of attacks to detect: Denial-of-Service (DoS) and DDoS and others attack
simulation tools: Scapy | Jupyter | NS-3 or any other tools
programming language: Python
Dataset:CIC-DDOS2019



Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in machine learning, particularly in developing supervised models
- Experience in intrusion detection systems and understanding of different types of intrusions
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization techniques
-Experience in scapy | Jupyter notebook | NS-3 or any other tools

Timeline:
- The project needs to be completed in less than 3 weeks , so the ideal freelancer should be able to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
