Require non-max suppression algorithm on object detection

I have few output of object detection algos. I require an optimized algorithm for performing a non-max suppression. Check the attached samples for reference.
You will get the predicted output as a json file and image with the predicted boxes drawn on top of the image.
For the example images, after the NMS being applied the digits should be grouped together.
