Python Face Recognition

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

I am looking for a Python developer who can help me create a face recognition system with a high level of accuracy. The purpose of this system is to capture the attention of operators.

Database Creation:
- I do not have a pre-existing database of faces to compare against, so I will need assistance in creating one.

Accuracy Requirement:
- The expected accuracy of the face recognition system should be high, ranging from 90-100%.
- Happy to utilise other open-source software
- The system needs to detect below behaviours such as:
• Distracted Looking elsewhere
• Distracted on the Phone
• Sleepy
• Tired
• Drinking Water
• Sleeping
• Unconscious
- The detection should be possible even with sunglasses being worn
- The system should not require internet connectivity
- Hardware Requirements:
o Should run on an industrial SBC ( I have a beaglebone black industrial but can be others)
o The camera solution should have an infrared option for night vision
o The developer needs to indicate the required hardware
o The hardware needs to have a signal output for other equipment (i.e. Digital Outputs) to indicate when:
 The Hardware is healthy
 Person has been detected
 Minor Distraction Detected (i.e. distracted on the phone)
 Major Distraction Detected (Is asleep or Unconscious)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience with face recognition algorithms and libraries, such as OpenCV or dlib or openpilot
- Ability to assist in creating a database of faces for comparison
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques for improving accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
