Predictive Analysis for Bitcoin with ML

I am looking for an expert who can develop a machine learning model for time series prediction. The model will be primarily using Bitcoin data such as open high low close values and should be designed to handle additional variables such as gold, copper etc if need be.

The perfect candidate for this task should have significant hands-on experience in developing predictive models and must be conversant with modern machine learning techniques. Essential skills include:
- Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, particularly those suitable for time-series data.
- Proven experience handling Bitcoin data or similar financial data.
