Predict structure and function of protein

I need to solve the problem of predicting the structure and function of proteins with better results than the "Biological structure and function emerge from scaling unsupervised learning to 250 million protein sequences" of "Alexander Rives, et" paper.
I'm considering to use Robust PCA + LSTM to do it!
You can use any datasets, but you need to test to predict structure on CB513 dataset.
