Options Algo Strategy Development

I have a nifty expiry day strategy which i have written it down on document (attached). I need my strategy to be coded to algo which can work with my zerodha API.
Please note freelancer to select platform which for development which is easy to use. If can be run on android app that is best. Also it should backtest/paper trade the algo before actual execution.
I have zerodha API rest all things to be configured by freelancer. Necessary fees for the platform will be paid by me.
