Optimization using Dynamic Programming

I am working on a problem in which I need to find the optimal path using dynamic programming. I have written DP code but it is not providing an optimal path. Hence, I can provide all the material and code as well. You need to debug that code and try to find the optimal path. Code and other files will be provided to you.
