NinjaTrader 8 / Ninjascript - Creation of an Indicator Line

I'm in need of a proficient C# developer who can create an INDICATOR for the NinjaTrader 8 platform. This indicator uses the calculation of the Exponential Moving Average (EMA) of an other Indicator (math formula)
Key project details include:
- This LINE INDICATOR should show the value level, that makes the EMA of the Indicator to be rising or falling at the close of the bar.
