Neural net/SVM for predicting cryptocurrency pump and dump schemes

Can provide training data if necessary, or can at very least give good sources/api to fetch this training data, lots of research papers online (can be linked) that have been successful in predicting "pump and dump" schemes in cryptocurrency markets, I would like to replicate this for research purposes.
