NLP Relationship extraction using BERT( or Spacy)

Need a relationship extraction between entities from a tagging and dependancy parsing. Preferably using BERT or any tranformer models. Spacy could be looked into it BERT is very complex.

Example: A connects to B and C. B has F and C has G. H is also part of C.

Expected output:
Level1 :A
Level2 :B, C
Level3 :F, G, H
