Multiple Quantower C# projects

I am looking for an experienced C# programmer. Not only a C# programmer but a C# programmer that has experience with Quantower. Possibly a few projects but at least one. The scope of the project includes porting existing code from TD Ameritrade's Think or Swim Think Script to Quantower C#, suggestions and possibly creating a Quantower auto trader / algo. Timeline for this project is very flexible. Again, an ideal candidate should have ample experience using C# with Quantower. Please feel free to ask any/all questions prior to any work.
