We have a project to allow us to make river-level predictions using a variety of data sources including rain forecasts.
We need a freelancer that is good with data, who can feed multiple API feeds into a database and write a model that makes predictions. The model will then need to monitor predictions against real levels to adjust the model to improve accuracy.
Phase 2 will then feed this data into a simple website.
