Mean Shift Image Analysis

I am in need of a Mean Shift Image Analysis algorithm that can process both grayscale and color images. I require this algorithm to take in images as input data and then return results for further processing or visualization. It should be able to analyze grayscale or RGB/HSV images and generate corresponding clusters. The algorithm should use the Mean Shift technique to generate results. I will be supplying the input images, so all I need is the algorithm and associated code in order to get the desired results.
