I need to develop an algorithm using MATLAB code to do some loop consists of some separate blocks in MATLAB. I already constructed these blocks, I just need some one to gather them in one loop under control... the process is iterated like next :
1- raw data to calculate initial input function (initial fitness function )
2- run GA constrained optimization based on (1) for unknown initial parameters (from 3 up to 15 as desired)
3- the results is saved to excel sheet
4- involve the initial parameters from (2) in complete formula (fitness function)
5- run GA constrained optimization based on (4) for the same unknown parameters (from 3 up to 15 as desired)
6-add the results to same excel sheet of (3)
7- check for convergence criteria (which is feasible to be set and changed) between obtained parameters values and the previous ones
8- if converges , terminate .if not repeat from step (4).
all equations are ready . the code have to be flexible , to change constraints (upper and lower bounds and non linear constraints) and change number of parameters and so the convergence criteria.
