Matlab Weld Image process

I need a program in matlab to process images of welds. The program should binarize and filter the image so that the weld is separated in black and the background in white. Use all the necessary filters. Then measure the width of the weld bead in several places, if they are droplets then their diameter on the given working area and give the average. You should also examine whether the napin is continuous. I suggest that you garden the workspace to the center of the images on some rectangle, and using, for example, 8 horizontal lines in the range of the weld, check how many black and how many white pixels there are and give the percentage ratio of black/white. Then the script has to create a ranking of the welds, e.g. from the widest to the narrowest, and from the largest % black to the smallest. Then the script is to save the data to an excel sheet in a table psotats Where Columns will be gain, Wave From, frequency, weld speed.In the rows will be stored all the data on the images and results from the image analysis.
