MATLAB Coding and Script Writer needed

I need an experienced coder proficient in MATLAB to assist with a mid-level complexity project related to physical modeling.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in MATLAB
- Experience in data management
- Ideally experienced in physical science data
Specifically looking to have script written to read multiple ASCII data text files and create matlab Structure format for oceanographic instrument data (an ADCP). Such as: date.transect.lat/lon/depth/velocity/ect/ect
There are multiple ascii text files that all have to be read. Some data lines have NaNs that have to have the whole row of data removed.
