Live Cell Image Segmentation & Analysis

I have a set of densely packed live cell images in .vsi format that require analysis. The images contain microglia cells and I am currently having difficulty using Image J to segregate the cells. I need a professional who can:

- Implement an automated algorithm for cell segmentation.
- Count the red cells within the images.
- Identify and count all red cells that contain green.

The final deliverable should include a method for macro and batch processing, as well as a detailed recording of the steps taken for future reference. Ideal skills and experience for this job include proficiency in Image J, experience with automated algorithms for cell segmentation, and a strong background in live cell imaging analysis.
