Indian Market ETF auto rebalancer

**PLS READ AND SUBMIT A PROPER REPLY**
I need a automated ETF portfolio rebalance and execution tool

Suppose I buy two ETF on day 1
- HDFC NIFTY Smallcap 250 ETF
- SBI Guilt Fund ETF

Weight input by me : 50:50
Frequent of weight rebalance : 1 percent deviation

Eg
Suppose I invest 1 lakh in above on day 1 as per 50:50 weight and live rebalancing if 1 percent weight is breached

So on day 1
I invested 50k in both

Suppose on day 2 midday smallcap crashed by 4 percent

Smallcap ETF value will be 48k while guilt will be 50k
Weight is then 49:51 of smallcap and guilt based upon portfolio value of 98k

What I want automatic to happen system but 1k of smallcap and sell 1k of guilt to bring weight back to 50:50 percent based upon 98k portfolio value

Similarly when market goes up and weight deviates by 1 percent , system should live buy and sell to rebalance

- I am not a tech and since amount involved will be big (>20lakh) I don’t want bug in the code and low maintenance so that without any human interaction it can run over a period of time in a streamline manner
