Houston-Based Service Report Algorithm Development

I'm in need of a local professional in the Houston area to construct a service report algorithm/program for my cooling tower industry. The core responsibilities are:
- Writing a program that can effectively monitor and flag a set of specific KPIs/KOIs including conductivity, pH, ORP, free chlorine, turbidity, phosphate, iron, and calcium when they move out of the targeted range.
- Creating line graphs for visual representation of data. Experience in data visualization is thus crucial.
- Providing a list of potential solutions whenever a KPI/KOI is outside its target range. Coding experience with machine learning or AI algorithms to suggest potential solutions is a plus.
Ideal candidates should possess a deep understanding on algorithms handling real-time data. On-the-ground experience in the Houston area would be an advantage as local insight is key to the success of this project.
