I am looking for a freelancer who can develop a Global Maximum Power Point (GMPP) algorithm that aims to optimize the performance of solar panels. The algorithm should accurately calculate the maximum power output of the system with a high level of accuracy, within 1%.

Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in renewable energy systems, particularly in the field of solar energy
- Proficient in algorithm development and optimization techniques
- Experience in working with GMPP algorithms or similar algorithms in the context of solar energy systems
- Knowledge of mathematical modeling and simulation
- Familiarity with software tools for data analysis and visualization

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing algorithms for solar energy systems and possess the ability to deliver accurate and efficient solutions. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of the principles of renewable energy systems are essential for this project.
I will attach a research paper which you have to replicate the algorithm. Th software to use is plecs and not matlab.
