Genetic algorithm to solve linear intersection problem

There are several algorithms to solve the linear intersection problem (like sweep line etc)
I need to create a Genetic algorithm (based on one of the classic ones) that solves the line intersection problem.
This is new, i dont think someone else have been implemented it yet. So i need someone that can make this new GA and knows his stuff about linear intersections and computational geometry
Python implementation, and should be working wirh his data (. Shp)
