Trading View Indicator and Strategy

Hi, I am looking for an indicator to be created that utilizes the 5m time frame. The strategy is very simple, it opens a buy position at the open of a specific candle, which I will input the time in the settings. Then having a set SL and TP which I can input in settings. I need to be able to have three different input times, for example: Opening a buy position at the open of: 9:30,13:30 and 15:45 candle, with a SL and TP of 5 points.
